How much does a hair follicle drug test cost?

Hair drug testing starts at $130 for a four-panel or five-panel test with extended opiates. Seven-panel testing is $200, a 10-panel test is $250, a 12-panel test is $280, and a 17-panel test is $350. Pricing is subject to change.

How far back does a hair drug test detect use?

A standard head-hair test generally provides an approximate 90-day lookback. The exact window depends on the available hair, specimen source, growth rate, and laboratory requirements.
