Breath alcohol · $35

Measures alcohol concentration at the time of testing. DOT and non-DOT breath alcohol tests are available.

80-hour urine EtG · $50

Detects the alcohol metabolite EtG for a longer period than breath testing and is commonly used in monitoring programs.

PEth blood · $200

Finger-stick blood collection commonly used to assess alcohol use over approximately the prior two to three weeks.

Hair alcohol EtG · $200

Provides an approximately 90-day lookback and may be used to evaluate a longer pattern of alcohol use.

Which alcohol test has the longest lookback?

Hair EtG generally provides the longest lookback at approximately 90 days. PEth commonly covers roughly two to three weeks, while urine EtG detects more recent use.

Can I walk in for an EtG test?

Walk-ins are welcome for urine EtG testing. Please call ahead for PEth or hair EtG collection.
