DOT specimen collection

We collect the required federal urine specimen and send it to a SAMHSA-accredited laboratory.

Medical Review Officer review

The laboratory result is reviewed by an MRO as required for DOT drug testing.

CG-719P completion

We coordinate completion of the form and send the result, Custody and Control Form, and CG-719P to your designated recipient.
