Bring your court order, caseworker instructions, attorney request, treatment-program requirements, or personal testing plan. We will help identify the appropriate specimen type and panel.

Individual testing

Walk in for urine drug or alcohol testing. Hair, oral-fluid, PEth, and specialized testing are also available.

Observed collections

Observed urine collections are available at no additional charge when required by an order or testing plan.

Authorized reporting

Results can be sent to the court, attorney, caseworker, treatment provider, or another recipient you authorize.

Managed random testing

Accountability without a predictable testing pattern.

Our random program supports court orders, custody matters, treatment monitoring, professional programs, and voluntary personal accountability. Your required frequency is based on the order or plan provided at enrollment.

The enrollment fee establishes your program profile, selection frequency, and authorized reporting instructions. Testing is paid when completed.

Before your visit

What to bring and what to expect.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is required for urine drug or alcohol testing. Call ahead for hair, oral-fluid, PEth, DNA, or unusual panels so we can confirm availability and collection requirements.

What should I bring?

Bring valid photo identification and any court order, registration form, caseworker instruction, or testing paperwork you received.

Can you send results directly to my caseworker or attorney?

Yes. During enrollment or check-in, provide the authorized recipient's correct name, email address, or fax number. We only release results according to your authorization and program instructions.

What if my order requires a test that is not listed?

Contact us. We can work with our laboratory to build an appropriate panel or determine whether the requested testing is available.
