What to expect

Four simple steps.

Your employer or screening company controls the test order and receives the result. Our office completes the collection according to those instructions.

    Bring your photo IDAlso bring your donor pass, electronic passport, registration number, authorization form, or paper Custody and Control Form if one was provided.

    Walk in during office hoursNo appointment is needed for drug testing. Visit Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM.

    Check in and complete your collectionShow your identification and testing documents. Most visits take about 5–10 minutes when you are ready to provide your specimen.

    Your result goes to the ordering partyResults are reported directly to your employer or screening company and are not released to employees.

What should you bring?

Valid photo identification

Bring a current government-issued photo ID or another form accepted by the ordering program.

Your testing order

Bring the email, donor pass, registration number, authorization, or paper form supplied by your employer.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is required for drug testing. Walk in Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

What if I did not receive a donor pass?

Confirm with your employer or screening company that the order has been submitted. Bring the company name and any email or registration information you received.

Can I choose a different drug-testing panel?

No. Employer-ordered testing must follow the order submitted by your employer or screening company. Contact them if you believe the order is incorrect.

Will you give me my result?

No. Employer-ordered results are sent directly to the employer or screening company and are never released to the employee. Contact the ordering party with questions about your result.

What if I am coming for hair, oral-fluid, or another special test?

You may walk in during office hours. Bring your photo ID and testing order or donor pass.
