Tell us which tests you plan to order, who may authorize testing, where results should be sent, and how your company should be billed. We will send you our Agreement for Services to complete.

Can applicants walk in without an appointment?
Yes. All drug testing is available on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Can we be invoiced?
Qualified employer accounts may arrange billing under the terms of the completed Agreement for Services.
How are results delivered?
Results are delivered to the authorized company contact listed in your account instructions.
Can you manage a DOT random pool?
Yes. We provide C/TPA services for qualifying regulated employers and owner-operators.
